Elite athletes. elite development. the next level standard.
Our Program
At CP Next Level Academy, we believe that consistent training and focus is the key to unlocking potential in education and in basketball. We strive to create a learning environment that is inclusive, collaborative, and supportive. We recognize that every individual has unique talents and strengths, and we aim to help our students discover and develop their full potential. Our standard is simple: develop complete student-athletes who are prepared to compete, lead, and succeed at the next level.
We Encourage On-Line Academics
Why? - Many of our student-athletes choose online education because it provides the flexibility to dedicate additional hours to training, skill development, strength, conditioning, and recovery--without sacrificing their education.
At CP Next Level Academy, more time in the gym never means less attention in the classroom. We have the capability to actively monitor each athlete's academic progress, and grades to ensure they remain on track and maintain strong academic standing. More flexibility. More development. No compromise on education.
Our Basketball Philosophy
CP Next Level Academy utilizes a positionless offensive system designed to maximize versatility, spacing, and dynamic player ability. Every player on the floor is developed and expected to be in a position to shoot, attack, create, and make plays, regardless of traditional position.
This approach allows CP Next Level Academy to effectively play big or small lineups without changing its offensive identity. By emphasizing interchangeable roles, shooting ability, decision-making, and individual skill, the system creates opportunities for players to showcase their dynamic abilities while learning to impact the game from multiple positions.

Our coaching staff brings a deep understanding of the game built through decades of experience at the highest levels of basketball. With backgrounds spanning AAU, NCAA Division 1, professional basketball, and the NBA, our coaches offer athletes a perspective that goes far beyond traditional training. Our experience includes competing against elite NBA players, learning from and working alongside historic NBA coaches and basketball minds, and experiencing firsthand the preparation, discipline, and expectations required at the professional level.
Just as important is our history of developing young athletes and successful teams from grade school through high school. We understand that development is a process-building fundamentals early, strengthening basketball IQ, developing confidence and discipline, and preparing athletes for increasingly competitive levels of play.
At CP Next Level, we bring professional-level knowledge to youth development with one purpose.
Develop the player. Build the competitor. Prepare them for the next level.
